At Hot Seat, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave the Shop. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our covid policies. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

DURING YOUR VISIT:
- Please sanitize your hands upon arrival. Sanitizer has been provided in the shop
- You will be asked to fill out a mandatory screening questionnaire
- We ask that you wear a mask to your appointment
- Please practice social distancing while you are inside
- Washrooms are for employees only
- Barbers will be wearing masks at all times and Barbers will be washing their hands and sanitizing after each client
- Barbers will provide clients with a freshly disinfected and cleaned cape
- We have limited the number of barbers so that physical distancing can be maintained
- Extended time between appointments to allow for extra sanitation/disinfecting
